Star&Cross Ltd. acts as Merchant of Record (payment recipient) for Stripe payment processing and as such is an independent controller for payment processing. Star&Cross Ltd. is subject to Singapore law. The data transfer to Star&Cross Ltd. is secured by a Controller-to-Controller agreement and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs, Module 1).
Your contractual partner for all Vizera AI services remains exclusively AI & Co GmbH (Switzerland). Star&Cross Ltd. is solely responsible for payment processing.

Vizera.ai is an AI-powered platform for architectural visualization. We use generative AI models to create visualizations based on your inputs (sketches, CAD plans, 3D models, text descriptions).

No training use: With our standard models (Google Vertex AI), it is contractually guaranteed that no customer data is used for model training. When users manually select alternative models, the privacy policies of the respective provider apply.
